    You can be approved for your Acima Credit Jewelry valued at $500 to $5,000.
  • How long does my approval last?
    Once approved, you have up to 45 days. Once the 45 days pass your application simply expires.
  • How do I contact Acima for payments or questions?
    You can reach out to Acima Customer Service Department at (801) 297-1980. Acima Customer Service Department is open from Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM MT and on Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM MT.
  • Will the application affect my credit?
    Your FICO score should not be impacted by applying for a lease through Acima
  • When will my payments be?
    The due dates of your payments are based on the pay dates you enter on your application. After you make your first payment, you'll be able to change your payment frequency.
  • Will I receive billing statement?
    Acima does not send billing statements through phone or email. You can always log in to your Acima Credit account to check your balance.
  • How do I make payment?
    Most payments are made automatically by ACH. You can also use a credit or debit card to make payment and have those payment set up automatically. Alternatively, you can make payment over the phone (801) 297-1982 or by logging to your account at www.customer.acimacredit.com.
